Where have you learned the most about new techniques?
I’ve learned the most by volunteering for the live capture lab at the NACA conference — ask to be a handler, not just an observer; the quick debriefs are “where the gold is,” that’s where I picked up safer snare slack checks and calmer crate transfers.
